Ordering Online

When you order with us, your data is safe and we’ll confirm when your order is placed and when it’s sent out to you.

By placing an order on our website, you sign up to a customer account (which you have to be 18 or over to do). By doing this, you agree to giving us this information:

Your name

Your email address

Your billing address

A delivery address (which might be the same as your billing address)

A contact number (in case we need to give you a call about your order)

When it comes to your data, you can be assured that it will only be used in line with our privacy policy .

When you’re ready to complete your order, you’ll be taken to the check out page where you’ll be able to select your delivery method (and your billing/shipping address), apply any discount codes and include your payment method.

Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, and then one within 24 hours of your order being sent to you. We’ll include tracking details in the second email.

If you order something that’s out of stock, we’ll get in touch with you asap via your contact email to arrange next steps (whether it’s a replacement, a refund, or a different delivery date).

 

Payment & Security

You can pay by card or PayPal and we fully comply by Data Protection laws.

When you make an order, we hold the following information:

Financial Information, including bank account and payment card details

Transaction Information, including details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments. We do not accept cheques or payments over the phone. Payment will be taken in GB pounds (£), and if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate at that time.

Complaints

Please let us know if something’s not right and we’ll do our best to get it fixed.

We really want being a customer of ours to be a great experience, so if something goes wrong, we always go out of our way to get it fixed.

Delivery

We deliver to the UK and overseas using reliable courier services. We can’t be held responsible for events beyond our control.

UK Deliveries

We offer Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and DPD Overnight Delivery (please see Delivery & Returns for details) with tracking details so you know when your parcel will arrive.

Non-UK Deliveries

We ship to a range of non-UK destinations. Please see Delivery & Returns for details.

If your order hasn’t arrived, please get in touch with our team on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk and we’ll sort this for you. 

So that we can deliver your order to you, we will provide your details to our couriers and postal service providers that deliver your order.

 

Events beyond our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes but is not limited to:

Strikes or other industrial action.

Civil commotion, terrorism or threat of, war or threat or preparation for.

Fire, explosion, adverse weather conditions, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.

Disruption to supplies or delivery methods.

Acts of government or regulatory bodies.

Disruption to public or private telecommunications networks.

 

Returns

We have a simple and robust system for dealing with returns - for more details, please see Delivery & Returns.Please get in touch with us to let us know if you’d like to return something.

 

The Contract

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance to you by confirming that your order has been dispatched.

If we do not confirm acceptance we will refund your payment and likewise, if we believe a customer acts against these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend their order. This includes non-payment of ordered products and fraudulent use of our website and/or sales.

Once we accept your order, a contract to purchase and deliver products takes effect between you and Season Green. You pay the sum that you see on the checkout page, together with any delivery charge. 

 

Prices & VAT

Our prices, as stated on our website, are in pound sterling (£) and include VAT, where applicable. We will charge in pounds sterling even if you don't live in the UK. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Where you have requested delivery to a UK or EU address, the price paid for the product will usually include VAT at the applicable rate, and the applicable amount of VAT will be shown on your email sales notification.

 

Cookies

We do not collect cookies. 

 

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

 

Variation

We may vary these terms from time to time. If we do we will replace these terms on our website with our new terms.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
